Description

Tradesmen Online are looking to recruit a polite and organised individual to join our growing team to carry out all administrative tasks including customer service.
The role is a great opportunity to learn various skills as the right candidate will be dealing with all aspects of the business. Reporting to the directors you will be responsible for multiple tasks across two businesses.
The role will consist of:
Answer incoming calls and replying to enquiries
Liaising with clients
Appointment making for the Sales team
Create advertising profiles
Processing alterations and amendments
Maintaining social media platforms eg: facebook
Carry out administrative duties
Producing documents for clients to sign
Following up client appointments
