The role We’re looking for a proactive and organised Junior Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our London office while providing remote operational support to our teams in Cheltenham. This is a varied, people-facing role that sits at the centre of the business and keeps things ticking. You’ll work closely with teams across HR, IT, Creative, Content and Leadership, helping to create a well-run, welcoming and efficient office environment, while supporting employee experience, wellness initiatives and general administration. Main tasks & responsibilities Coordinate the smooth day-to-day running of the London office Provide remote operational support to the Cheltenham office Support office logistics, supplies, post, meeting rooms and general upkeep Assist with onboarding new starters, including office and IT setup Support employee experience initiatives, wellness activities and team events Provide administrative and operational support across multiple teams Support creative and content teams with basic workflow coordination and trackers Act as a key point of contact between offices, teams and departments About you We’d love to hear from you if you are: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, flexible and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders Happy working onsite in a fast-paced office environment Experienced in office coordination, admin or operations (preferred) Comfortable using Google Workspace and shared systems What's in it for you?
