YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of using a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Active Directory (AD), for accurate IT hardware management.
  • Strong knowledge of managing mobile phones, including the configuration, and wiping of iPhones and Android devices.
  • Familiarity of using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), including raising change requests.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
