An Onsite Services Installer is expected to complete full integration of Point-of-Sale systems, gateway services and related peripherals at merchant locations. This position requires coordination with merchants and field technicians to ensure all requirements are met before, during and after installation. Installers will work with our clients by promoting the highest level of service and professionalism. They are also required to train clients on POS ecosystems once installed. Representatives are also expected to acquire an in-depth understanding of the entire merchant processing industry.
WORKSITE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Installations for onsite services will be national & international and travel will be required for both. There will be time allocated for administrative and support tasks to be addressed in the office/home. The majority of onsite installations will take place within a 200 miles radius of Birmingham, Newcastle, Liverpool or Manchester.
