About the Assignment We are looking for an Operational Buyer to strengthen an Indirect Sourcing team working globally across areas such as Temporary Labor, Travel, Professional Services and Sales & Marketing. In this role, you will provide stakeholder-focused procurement support, contribute to digitalization and process automation, and help drive savings and cost-target initiatives in a fast-paced, international setup. You will work closely with Category Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational purchasing activities, support new initiatives, and continuously identify opportunities to create measurable business value. Job Description Execute procurement activities in line with sourcing policies and strategies, ensuring high quality delivery Manage and oversee the supplier base within the assigned category Support and participate in negotiations across locations, using Coupa Identify and execute savings initiatives, including running RFQs in Coupa Ensure use of preferred supplier contracts to maximize outcomes and ensure compliance with existing agreements Identify negotiation opportunities based on company, supplier and market data Collaborate closely with other operational buyers and commodity/category managers to implement and deploy programs and initiatives Align with requesters on missing specifications and clarify user requirements related to “How We buy” guidelines Create and maintain content for Coupa users, such as forms and catalogs Share best practices within the buyers’ team and drive improvement actions Requirements University degree (BA/BS) within a relevant field (Business, Economics) At least 2 years of relevant experience Experience supporting multi-functional projects in an international work environment with remote locations Negotiation skills Fluent in Swedish and English Strong computer skills, including experience working with ERPs and Microsoft tools Experience with indirect services, either on the buying or selling side Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis, so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
