We are looking for a Junior Operations & Administrative Support profile to join our team in a part-time (6-hour), on-site role. This position is designed for someone who wants to start in an administrative/support role and grow into a trusted operational position through consistency, responsibility, and learning. This is not a technical support or field role. About the Role This role focuses on operational follow-up, coordination, and oversight rather than hands-on technical work. You will work closely with senior management and internal teams, supporting daily workflows and ensuring that processes are followed correctly. Over time, you will become a key internal support point, helping maintain clarity, order, and continuity across operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and follow up on daily operational tasks and pending actions Track tickets, requests, and open issues across systems Ensure proper documentation, updates, and internal communication Coordinate with technical teams and support managers Prepare internal summaries, notes, and status updates Draft emails or internal communications for review and approval Support communication with international stakeholders in English This role requires a high level of trust, discretion, and professionalism. You will be exposed to sensitive operational, technical, or financial information. The ability to observe, understand, and support processes without externalising information is essential. In practice, this means you may: Participate in internal meetings (technical or operational) primarily as an observer Support preparation and follow-up of internal discussions Assist in communication that is sent only after internal approval Act as an internal coordination point, not an external representative Confidentiality, accuracy, and quiet reliability are fundamental to this role.
