Job Title: Junior Operations Analyst
Location: Onsite – Northfleet Mill, Kent
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: 8:00am–4:00pm (early Friday finish available)
Pay Rate: £20.35/ Hour

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum A-Level or equivalent education.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Excel proficiency is essential.
• SAP experience is desirable (training can be provided).
• Interest in working toward a professional finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, AAT) is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Operations Analyst to join our team at Northfleet Mill. This role supports both operational performance and financial processes, working closely with production and finance teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and continuous process improvement.
You will use tools such as Microsoft Excel and SAP daily to manage production and cost data, prepare reports, support internal controls, and coordinate planning activities across departments.
