As a Junior Operations Analyst, you will support day-to-day operational processes across payments, reconciliation, compliance, and customer onboarding. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a fast paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative principle including Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a high paced environment within the fintech or neo-banking/challenger banks sector
  • Basic understanding of system integrations and API methodologies
  • Understanding of retrieving logs and basic querying in leveraging information from services such as AWS, Graylog etc.
  • Familiar with fintech ecosystems and understanding of payment rails flows
Responsibilities
  • Monitor day-to-day flow of wire payment rails to ensure smooth end to end processing
  • Maintain up to date configuration of core banking systems and ensure all channels and endpoints align with third party integrated systems
  • Monitor and ensure up to date configurations and monitoring rules for merchant acquiring systems
  • Perform accurately and timely, manual actions to ensure settlement of discrepancies for different transaction types
  • Contribute to the preparation of Business requirement documents for development of new features and integrations with new providers
  • Act as a support agent for leveraging information on incidents through log centralizing services
