Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Junior Operations Assistant/Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in Walnut Creek, CA!
The Junior Operations Assistant/Administrative Coordinator
is responsible for assisting our customers with gaining access to our carrier platforms and keeping their data up to date.
How You Will Contribute:
-

Help new customers establish platform credentials with our various partners.

  • Assist customers with updating or changing their contact information.
  • Process user changes, terminations and transfers between agencies.
  • Collect proper documentation and forms to maintain customer files accurately and consistently in accordance with department workflows and procedures.
  • Provide clear communication and documentation of workflow status.
  • Pursue a program of personal and professional development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • As required

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)

  • Working knowledge of carrier websites (preferred)
  • Experience with Agency Management Software Systems

Pay Range
$24.04 - $28.85 Hourly
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
