The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will support the operations team in optimizing processes, managing supply chain activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional who is eager to grow their career in the fast-paced FMCG sector while contributing to the success of our organization. Responsibilities: - Assist in the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Support inventory management and supply chain activities, including ordering and stock rotation. - Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - Help in maintaining quality control standards for our janitorial products. - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - Participate in the analysis of operational performance metrics and generate reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required. - A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new processes and systems.
