qualification

• Completed commercial training – ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, industrial clerk, office clerk or a degree in logistics, supply chain, economics or a comparable field
• Prior experience in logistics, operations, or customer service is an advantage.
• High affinity for IT systems and interest in processes, data and operational contexts.
• Independent, meticulous and structured work style combined with team spirit
• Strong service and consulting skills as well as a high degree of reliability
• Trustworthy handling of sensitive customer data and a high sense of responsibility
• Safe handling of digital tools and MS Office
