Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze support requests from Salesforce users, including Call Agents, Consultants, Tax Specialists, and Backoffice teams
  • Identify recurring challenges and optimize processes within the Salesforce ecosystem and related tools (e.g., Diabolocom, Demodesk)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation while enhancing internal enablement initiatives
  • Serve as a key liaison between operational teams, Business Development, and the Salesforce development team to drive efficiency and improvements
