Description

Are you organised, ambitious, and ready to take on more responsibility in your career? We’re looking for a Junior Operations Manager to help keep our business running smoothly, support sales activities, and ensure projects stay on track.
This role is ideal for someone who’s been a team coordinator, assistant manager, or project lead and is ready to step into a more hands-on leadership position. You’ll be working closely with managers, clients, and team members to make sure daily operations are efficient and goals are met.

What You’ll Do Day to Day:

  • Coordinate projects and workflows – for example, making sure client proposals are completed on time, or ensuring sales teams have the materials they need before a pitch.
  • Support the sales process – preparing reports, tracking leads in CRM systems, and following up with clients to keep communication flowing.
  • Streamline operations – spotting bottlenecks in processes and suggesting improvements (e.g., updating how we track orders or schedule meetings).
  • Team support and leadership – helping new hires get settled, answering questions, and making sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
  • Reporting and analysis – putting together weekly performance updates for senior management and highlighting areas where we can improve efficiency.
  • Problem solving – whether it’s reworking a project timeline when a deadline shifts or stepping in to handle a client query directly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in business operations, administration, or sales support, ideally with some supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator who can work across teams and with clients.
  • Comfortable using business tools like CRMs, Excel, or project management software.
  • Someone proactive who doesn’t just spot problems but takes steps to fix them.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with growth potential.
  • Training and mentorship to prepare you for a future Operations Manager role.
  • Exposure to both operations and sales, giving you a strong all-round business foundation.
  • A collaborative team culture where your ideas will be heard.
  • Clear career progression into management and leadership positions.

This is more than just a back-office role — as a Junior Operations Manager, you’ll play a central part in keeping projects, people, and processes aligned, while supporting the sales function to deliver results.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
