• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture (required).
• Experience in operational management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Hands-on professional with excellent manual dexterity.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

• Oversee the management of our facility at Corso Quintino Sella 26 and coordinate with suppliers.
• Manage contracts and maintain smooth operations at CRA Design headquarters.
• Ensure IT infrastructure (servers, backups, software, and hardware) is up and running.
• Optimize resource allocation across project locations.
• Support the workforce with seamless logistics and operations.
