700Apps is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Oracle APEX Developer to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in Oracle APEX development while contributing to the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based applications. You will work closely with senior developers and project teams, gaining hands-on experience in database management and application development.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Oracle APEX development or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
• Familiarity with Oracle database concepts and data modeling principles.
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and improve development skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle APEX applications.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and understand application requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for application functionality.
• Participate in testing and debugging applications to ensure performance and usability.
• Document development processes, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with Oracle technologies and best practices to enhance your development skills.
• Provide support in maintaining existing applications and resolving issues as they arise.
