POSITION SUMMARY

The Junior Order Management Coordinator supports the order management team in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of orders from quotation to delivery. This entry-level role assists with product sourcing and procurement, order processing, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The coordinator will provide customer support as needed and contribute to rental equipment logistics. This position is designed for individuals looking to grow into a career in operations, procurement, or supply chain management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 0–2 years of experience in order management, customer service, procurement, or inventory control (co-op or internship experience welcomed).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory and order management principles (training provided).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn ERP/CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
