POSITION SUMMARY

Sandbox is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Outside Sales Representative to identify and develop new business opportunities. This role will focus on promoting our hosting and maintenance packages, template solutions, and accessibility remediation services to libraries, municipalities, healthcare organizations, and other public sector clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or digital services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes is an asset.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com, TeamWork, Microsoft tools) is preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Security & Infrastructure, Project Delivery) to align solutions with client needs.
  • Present and demonstrate Sandbox’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities
