If you are an organised individual ready to take on the role of Junior PA, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Our Private Wealth team are seeking a Junior PA to join in our Exeter office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting fee earners and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

As a Junior PA, you will play a crucial role in the team.

  • Manage diaries and remind fee earners of meetings daily
  • Arrange travel and book internal/external meetings
  • Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Support fee earners with marketing activities and client meetings
  • Monitor emails and post, ensuring important correspondence is handled appropriately
  • Assist with billing, credit control, and compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
  • Provide help to other departments as needed
