Job Advert Description

You will be responsible for managing diaries, setting up and attending team meetings, arranging travel and co-ordinating complex bills on a monthly basis and chasing up unpaid bills as required. As a PA, you will:

  • Manage diaries, keeping them up to date and reminding fee earners of meetings on a daily basis
  • Arranging for files to be opened and closed, supervise general filing requirements and record keeping
  • Become an active part in the care of clients and be wholly familiar with contacts/clients
  • Deal with basic client queries and general administration
  • Type urgent/short/confidential correspondence and emails
  • Assist fee earners in the billing and credit control process
  • Assisting other departments by providing any required support to meet the business needs

For this role you will need to:

  • Have an accurate typing of at least 60 wpm
  • Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Be able to quickly build confidence, respect and trust with others
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
