JUNIOR PARALEGAL – GENERAL PROPERTY

Cooper Grace Ward is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Paralegal with leasing experience to join our General Property group on a full-time basis. Ideally that experience would be end to end but please don’t stop reading if that isn’t the case! We’ll allow you to capitalise on your existing knowledge and train and mentor you where you are short of knowledge or direct experience.
This role is in a friendly and highly regarded team, in which you have the benefit of working autonomously but also being part of a team of paralegals and lawyers that support each other both to deliver excellent results for our clients, and to have some fun along the way.
Our clients are mostly building owners (rather than tenants) and include large non-institutional shopping centre owners, commercial building owners, property developers and investors and property owners.
