Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As (Junior) Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in growing DAZN’s subscriber base by developing and executing marketing initiatives with a wide portfolio of partners. You’ll work closely with both internal and partner teams to reach and convert their audiences, ensuring campaigns are creative, measurable, and impactful. With expansion plans covering telecommunications, broadcasters, e-commerce platforms, OEMs, rightsholders, clubs, and affiliates, you’ll have the chance to work across diverse industries. Collaboration will be essential as you engage with business development, product, and analytics teams to align on objectives and deliver real business outcomes. This role demands strong project management skills, a commercial mindset, and the enthusiasm to build your career in one of the fastest-growing sports media companies in the world.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Partner program execution - Contribute to delivery of our ambitious partner strategy for the DACH region with a growing portfolio of partners from various industries: telecommunications, broadcasting, platforms, retail, Bundesliga clubs, media partnerships and more.
  • Partner Marketing activation – Create and execute compelling partner marketing & sales initiatives end-to-end alongside our partners to deliver incremental awareness, sales and ultimately revenue
  • Performance management - On-going success measurement and optimization of our program to ensure it delivers against expectations commercially.
  • Partner relationship management – as POC for our partners, build a strong relationship and ways of working as foundation for a successful program delivery
  • Compliance – Ensure compliance with brand- and rights holder guidelines and consumer law across everything we do
