We have an opportunity for a motivated and reliable Assistant Parts Advisor to join a growing business at our facility in Dublin.
Ballinlough Refrigeration Ltd is a multi-franchise nationwide service and repair company specialising in Thermo King transport refrigeration, Dhollandia hydraulic tail lifts, and fleet maintenance for light commercial vehicles.
As an Assistant Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting our onsite parts advisors in fridge and tail lift workshops and supporting the day to day operations of the parts department.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a parts department is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and a friendly and professional manner
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills
Strong IT skills
A passion for the automotive industry is a plus.

Assist in managing stock levels and stock control.
Maintain the parts department in an orderly and organised manner.
Store maintenance and general housekeeping, ensuring all work areas are clean and tidy.
Checking incoming parts and supplies
Assisting with the receipt and storage of parts deliveries
Support the parts team with administrative tasks.
Assist in placing orders with suppliers.
Receiving, checking and computer inputting of supplier orders
Allocation of parts
Identifying of parts using Parts Catalogue
Picking, packing, and shipping of orders
