The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Rockhampton. You’ll play a crucial role in the following duties that can include but not limited to:

  • Shadow and assist parts colleagues
  • Participate in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing and delivery duties
  • Provide exceptional and professional customer service and sell parts to customers
  • Develop skills and knowledge in chosen trade
  • Ensure customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the vehicle they’re requesting parts for
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases
  • Process payments and prepare invoices
