Job Description The Junior Payment Analyst is responsible for executing operational activities related to the supplier payment cycle within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This includes validating, recording, and reconciling invoices and payments according to corporate policies and quality standards (SLA/KPI). Qualifications Education / Academic Background: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable processes in corporate or shared services environments. Technical Knowledge: General knowledge of accounting principles and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or equivalent ERP systems (SAP, Workday, etc.) – desirable. Familiarity with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounts payable analysis. Languages: English B2 Skills / Competencies: Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities. Customer service and communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Adaptability to change and problem-solving skills.
