Job Description The Junior Payment Analyst is responsible for executing operational activities related to the supplier payment cycle within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This includes validating, recording, and reconciling invoices and payments according to corporate policies and quality standards (SLA/KPI). Qualifications Education / Academic Background: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable processes in corporate or shared services environments. Technical Knowledge: General knowledge of accounting principles and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or equivalent ERP systems (SAP, Workday, etc.) – desirable. Familiarity with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounts payable analysis. Additional Information Employment Conditions Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract, directly with SGS – GBS. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Compensation (All amounts in Colombian Pesos – COP) Base Salary: COP $2,600,000 Transportation Allowance: COP $200,000 Wellness Allowance: COP $300,000 Annual Retention Bonus: COP $2,400,000 Compensation: COP 2600000 - COP 3900000 - monthly
