• Review and approval of down payment/final invoices from our partners; clarification and processing of discrepancies.
• Preparation of payments to our partners
• Creation of financial onboarding materials for our partners
• Support for our partners in all matters relating to invoicing and payment processing
• Maintenance and control of payment and accounting-relevant master data
• Creation of end-customer invoices
• Implementation of the dunning process
• Support in the further development and automation of payment processes in collaboration with Product

Your Talent

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar, or comparable commercial training.
• Initial experience in Payment Operations or Accounting Operations (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable)
• Experience in FinTech, CleanTech or a similar field is a plus.
• Good MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
• Excellent understanding of numbers
• Independent and meticulous work ethic
• High reliability & integrity
