Description

As a Payroll Assistant, you’ll be a crucial part of the accounts team that ensures timely and accurate payroll of employees and invoicing for our clients. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be challenged and strengthened as you assist with payroll preparation process, manage multiple invoices, verify information, and communicate with various departments to ensure all billing information is correct. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge financial technology and software, as well as collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to providing quality services to our clients.
Assisting the Accounts team with creating invoices, entering data, resolving billing issues, addressing client enquires, generating reports on accounts payable and receivable, maintaining records of financial transactions & general accounts requests from management.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the SCHADS Award
  • Understanding of/willingness to learn leave entitlements and staff allowances
  • Capability to track over and underpayments

Education:

  • Certificate I - IV (Required
