Key Responsibilities Support the maintenance and update of payroll records and files Collect, review, and process payroll-related information (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.) Assist in the preparation and monitoring of payroll reports Perform data entries and updates in the ERP system Support payroll reconciliation and verification processes Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance departments Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Very good command of MS Excel Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality Ability to meet deadlines in a structured working environment Proficiency in Greek and basic knowledge of English Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with ERP systems Previous experience or internship in payroll or HR functions Competitive Salary Private Medical & Health Insurance Laptop Phone - Mobile Plan Training & Development Pension Fund

Responsibilities

The Junior Payroll Specialist will support the maintenance and update of payroll records and files, as well as collect, review, and process payroll-related information. They will also assist in the preparation and monitoring of payroll reports and collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance departments.
