Roles & Responsibilities



Promote company culture and enhance communication by coaching employees on HR Best practices.


Prepare and analyze the company’s main HR metrics such as company turnover, probationary success rate, disciplinary actions, promotional rates and employee satisfaction survey and propose to the HR Manager, projects that contribute to decrease turnover and increase productivity.


Assist the performance management process including disciplinary process, conflict resolution, grievances, as well as exit interviews and their analysis.


Maintain the Disciplinary action Matrix in line with applicable policies and procedures & labour law and handle disciplinary issues accordingly



Ensure a proper execution of HR policies and procedures across the organization and report to the Head of HR Department any recommendation for enhancement.


Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, Job Descriptions and tools to support managers throughout the performance management process.


Manage the On‐board process and the induction for all New Joiners.


Support employees on day-to-day concerns, career matters, and any arising conflict within their team; handle their grievances in compliance with the Company rules and regulations.


Perform field visits to keep an open communication channel with shop employees and management.


Support employees and managers during performance review and maintain the appraisal system.


Develop personal development plans in line with the employee performance appraisal and assessment results in order to improve performance.


Supporting special projects related to performance management initiatives, such as the development of new performance metrics, the rollout of performance improvement programs, or the integration of performance management systems with other HR processes.


Conduct exit interviews and facilitate the exit process for all Leavers.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration 2‐3 years of experience in Performance Management or General HR Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS exposure is a plus Fluent in English
