We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Junior Administration / Receptionist to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in admin within the disability services sector.
Your Role
As the first point of contact for participants and service providers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience while supporting our internal team with important administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist service providers with invoice enquiries
  • Contact NDIS participants to confirm new service providers
  • Process NDIS invoices accurately using internal systems
  • Follow up with providers about invoice errors or missing details
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant and provider records
  • Support the Plan Management team with daily admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✅ Good written and verbal communication
✅ Ability to multitask and manage workload
✅ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email
✅ Willingness to learn and grow within the role
✅ Previous admin or receptionist experience is a bonus but not required
✅ Understanding of, or interest in, the NDIS is highly valued
