SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business operations or similar.
  • You are process oriented, a logical thinker, have an eye for details and enjoy solving riddles.
  • You are dependable, well organized and flexible. You feel comfortable taking decisions and prioritizing effectively.
  • You possess excellent communication skills.
  • You are a positive thinker and a team player.
  • You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Prior internship or experience in planning or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Keep the planning tool up to date
  • Identify planning conflicts and propose adequate solutions.
  • Support the integration and orientation of new hires through the construction of their planning.
  • Review and approve vacation requests according to planning constraints and general guidelines.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of the auditor’s time.
  • Acting as back-up for other Planning team members.
