    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Planner to join a dynamic team at kikki.K. You will play a critical role in supporting the financial performance of the brand by developing and managing assortment plans, optimising inventory, and driving sales and profit across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Maximise the sales and profit potential of assigned departments through detailed seasonal plans for sales, stock, open-to-buy (OTB), markdowns, stock turns, and gross profit (GP).
  • Monitor and analyse current performance, recommending re-plans to optimise future sales and profit performance.
  • Prepare and present post-seasonal analysis, identifying successes and opportunities for future planning.
  • Manage store gridding for allocations, factoring in sales performance, store capacity, and demographics.
  • Oversee stock allocations and replenishments to ensure timely and effective distribution.
  • Manage markdown processes, including loading promotions, preparing markdown style summaries, and aligning with the Merchandise Planner and Planning Manager on spend.
  • Continuously enhance reporting, option/range planning, and allocation/replenishment processes for improved decision-making and financial outcomes.
