Description Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC growth-focused metal distribution company expanding into new territories. This position will work with an experienced senior salesperson to learn about engineering grade plastics. You will be supported by inside sales and operations resources, allowing us to move quickly, win market share, and develop talent from the ground up. The Junior Inside Sales Representative will assist in developing new accounts, grow existing customers, and execute day-to-day sales activity. This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to real accounts, real revenue responsibility, and a clear development path into a full Inside Sales or Outside Sales role. Requirements Jr. Inside Sales Responsibilities Support the Senior Sales Representative in managing and growing a defined book of business Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotes for assigned accounts Process orders accurately and efficiently through the ERP system Communicate daily with customers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet pod service levels Participate in outbound call campaigns and account development efforts within the pod Track customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM Learn engineering grade plastic products, applications, and market pricing trends Contribute ideas towards performance, efficiency, and customer experience Gradual ownership of accounts and responsibilities as performance increases Minimum Requirements/Required Skills Must be able to work full-time, on-site in Bensalem, PA (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or industry experience Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and via email Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Ability to learn technical product information Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is a plus Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career What Hadco Offers You: Excellent base compensation and commission plan.
