Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team!
It’s an exciting time to join the team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform and deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. As a Junior Platform Engineer, you’ll deliver cloud platform solutions to enable, support and power our Cloud journey. You’ll help implement guardrails and define and support adoption patterns and best practice across our cloud solutions.
If you have any previous experience with Azure, software engineering or even some technical experience supporting applications on Azure, we’d love to hear from you!
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
