Description Position Purpose The Junior PLC Engineer supports the operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the A73 Automatic Assembly Line. This role focuses on learning and executing Siemens PLC–based control tasks under the guidance of senior engineers from HQ to ensure stable production and equipment performance. Key Responsibilities Daily Operational Support • Support Siemens PLC systems for the A73 assembly line • Assist in troubleshooting PLC, HMI, sensor, and basic servo-related issues • Respond to production support requests and assist with downtime recovery Engineering Support • Assist in PLC program modifications and testing under supervision • Support commissioning, equipment validation, and line improvement activities • Help collect and analyze basic equipment performance and fault data Documentation & Standards • Maintain and update PLC documentation, I/O lists, and basic control logic notes • Follow internal automation standards, safety rules, and change procedures • Support version control and backup of PLC programs Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with maintenance, electrical, process, and quality teams • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers as required Requirements - Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in manufacturing. - 1–3 years of experience in process/production support in automotive or mechanical parts. - Ability to read technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures. - Strong hands-on ability, willing to work closely with operators on the shop floor. - Basic problem-solving mindset, mechanical aptitude preferred.
