Description
About the role As a PMO Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in helping CreateFuture deliver outstanding projects and programmes. You’ll support our delivery teams by ensuring consistent project governance, accurate reporting, and reliable data — acting as a key link between delivery teams and senior stakeholders. This role goes far beyond reporting. With a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity, you’ll be the guardian of our “single version of the truth.” You won’t just collect information - you’ll challenge it, validate it, and protect decision-makers from poor-quality data that could lead to the wrong outcomes. If you enjoy spotting inconsistencies, asking the right questions, and bringing clarity to complex portfolios, this role is for you. What you’ll be doing: Data validation & quality assurance: Reviewing weekly project updates, spotting inconsistencies and working alongside key stakeholders internally. Audit & compliance tracking: Carrying out regular project “health checks” to ensure governance standards are met and documentation is complete and up to date. Data cleansing & integrity: Identifying and resolving data issues such as duplicates, incorrect dates, or missing risk owners to maintain the reliability of our systems. We’d love to talk to you if you have: Experience working in a project support or PMO role A solid understanding of project financials, resourcing, risk and delivery health An analytical mindset, with some experience in reporting or data analysis (dashboards, pivot tables, etc.) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Confidence juggling multiple projects and competing priorities And just as importantly, you are: Meticulous – you naturally spot small errors others miss Comfortable challenging constructively – you’re happy to question data that doesn’t reflect reality Objective – you report what is, not what people wish were true Tenacious – you follow up until gaps are closed and data is right Next steps: Our TA team aims to respond to all applications within a reasonable timeframe, regardless of if we are progressing with your application. Our process: 30 minute call with our Talent Acquisition Team 1-hour Competency based interview 1-hour Values led interview We believe that representative teams made up of people with different backgrounds, skills, and points of view help us build the best workplace possible, and enable us to create genuinely innovative, broadly useful products. We are committed to our goal of creating the most inclusive workplace possible. As we strive to build an environment where everyone can thrive and be themselves, we will continue to investigate and challenge biases, while working to identify and remove obstacles to inclusion. If you need additional support or accommodation during the application process, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
