Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Junior PMO Analyst, you enjoy working within a fast-paced environment across a variety of projects and workflows. You’ll relish the opportunity to support the Tech function of Halfords in the delivery of multiple complex, high-value projects, while owning the processing of key financial artefacts including Invoices, Purchase Orders and Statements of Work.
You are organised, inquisitive and collaborative with a strong attention to detail, thriving on using your solutions-oriented mindset to solve problems and contribute to process improvements within the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and effectively process a high volume of invoices, statements of work and purchase orders
  • Develop and embed process improvements in administrative functions across the Tech PMO team
  • Produce clear and concise minutes and actions from meetings
  • Support project governance processes and the preparation of key governance materials
  • Support Project Managers in the maintenance of Monday.com project data
  • Log and report on project risks and issues
