Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior PMO to join our dynamic team on an exciting project in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will support consulting projects focused on IT application development, ensuring smooth planning, implementation, and monitoring processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the Life Sciences or Pharma industries, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to grow their career in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support consulting projects, including project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop high-quality strategies and solutions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation in a regulated environment.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and decision-making processes.
  • Record and define requirements while analyzing business processes.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge and skills in consulting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably supporting IT application projects.
  • Prior experience in the Life Sciences and/or Pharma industries is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of CSV (Computerized System Validation) and GxP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience or internships in infrastructure-related projects is advantageous.
  • Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ambition to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong willingness to travel.
