JUNIOR PMO

We are looking for an Entry-Level PMO to join our team following continuous growth and success in the UK Government sector.

• Developing and managing teams, including managing their delivery and performance and providing appraisal and support to their development
• Planning and scheduling – Creating and maintaining basic project plans, ensuring that systems are in place to enable effective planning and scheduling.
• Financial control – Creates and maintains project financial data, contributing to the management of project budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparing and maintaining schedules for project activities and events, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements, showing the critical path, reporting and tracking milestones, resource levelling, baselining and tracking reporting, contingency and risk adequately covered in the plan
• Maintaining definitions of the requirements of projects
• Developing and agreeing budgets for projects and controlling forecast and actual costs against them including production of financial reports
• Managing both internal and external stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests
