Description Junior PR Account Executive 300Brand|Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) 300Brand is seeking a Junior PR Account Executive to support public relations programs for our government IT clients. This is an early-career role ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of PR or communications experience, including internships. We are open to hiring at either the Account Coordinator or Junior Account Executive level, depending on experience. You will work closely with senior team members while building hands-on skills in media relations, writing, research, and digital content. Location: Alexandria, Va. (hybrid) Classification: Regular, full-time, salaried, non-exempt (eligible for overtime) What you’ll do You will support public relations and marketing initiatives with guidance from senior team members. Responsibilities include: Drafting and editing written content such as press releases, media pitches, and bylines Researching reporters, outlets, legislation, and industry trends to support media outreach Assisting with securing and coordinating press interviews and media opportunities Supporting the execution and tracking of public relations campaigns Helping monitor progress toward client goals and deliverables Supporting client communication through meeting notes, recaps, and updates Assisting with account administration, including timelines, task tracking, meeting agendas, and reports Supporting digital content marketing efforts, including website copy, campaign materials, and social media content Coordinating tasks and deliverables with internal teams such as creative, digital, research, and content Participating in training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities Requirements What we’re looking for 0–2 years of relevant public relations, communications, or marketing experience (internships count) Bachelor’s degree preferred; PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Interest in media relations, storytelling, and current events Collaborative mindset and ability to take feedback Comfortable using collaboration tools, marketing software, and AI tools Why 300Brand Hybrid work environment Structured learning and professional growth opportunities Exposure to high-profile government IT clients Supportive, collaborative team culture Competitive salary and benefits 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and extended companywide holiday break
