Plowden Facilities is the administration, facilities and management organisation for Parklane Plowden Chambers, a leading Barristers’ Chambers in Leeds and Newcastle, offering the services of Barristers to clients throughout the UK in commercial and personal legal cases.
We are looking to recruit a highly organised, disciplined, and confident Junior Practice Administrator to support our team in Leeds helping to administer cases on behalf of the Barristers as well as undertake routine administration and diary management.
In this developmental role, you will be supported to become highly competent as a Barristers’ Practice Administrator, interacting with a wide range of people within the legal field.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Office administration processes
  • Using MS office applications in a business setting
  • Using MS Teams to communicate information
  • Diary administration / arranging meetings for others
  • Producing written communications in a business setting
  • Organising own workload and prioritising tasks
  • Working as part of a team

SKILLS

  • Ability to prioritise and to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to appropriately deal with clients, barristers and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Able to understand complex information
