Description
We’re looking for a Presales Engineer to support our Managed Services and Outsourcing business. You’ll work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, respond to tenders, and design service solutions that meet customer needs. This role is ideal for someone who understands IT services delivery and enjoys turning customer requirements into winning solutions. Key Responsibilities • Review and prepare responses for Managed Services and Outsourcing tenders/RFPs. • Design service models including helpdesk, field support, NOC, SOC, and infrastructure management. • Prepare technical and commercial proposals with clear scope, SLAs, and pricing. • Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical and cost-effective. • Support the sales team with presentations, clarifications, and customer meetings. • Keep up to date with market trends and competitors in the Managed Services space. • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in presales, solution design, or technical bids for Managed Services or IT Outsourcing. • Good understanding of IT service operations, outsourcing models, and SLAs. • Strong proposal writing, documentation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines.
