QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-secondary degree in finance, data analysis, business, or a related field
• Must have proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced)
• ERP or Power BI experience is a strong asset
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with farm operations, feed mills, or Agri-business is beneficial
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret numbers, trends, and market developments
• Curiosity & Growth: A passion for learning and continuous development in data analytics and business strategy

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute Pricing Processes: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in pricing protocols, handling email inquiries and system requests efficiently
• Collaborate on Pricing Strategy: Work with formulation, procurement, and costing teams to review and validate pricing data
• Support Data-Driven Decisions: Develop reports, scenarios, and strategic analyses to assist business planning
• Generate Business Insights: Use analytical tools to visualize data and provide actionable recommendations
• Conduct Market and Financial Analysis

• Hybrid – Minimum 2 days in the office, with flexibility to come in as needed
