Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Junior Pricing Manager who will drive and own pricing initiatives across ZooPlus shops. You will collaborate with both regional and central teams to enhance customer experience, price perception, and pricing strategy execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and improve customer price perception
  • Monitor local market conditions and competitive environment
  • Build pricing strategies based on regional and shop-level performance goals
  • Own the operational pricing settings and pricing intelligence
  • Review and approve automated price recommendations in line with shop-level strategies
  • Evaluate pricing performance and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making
  • Analyze and evaluate the impact of pricing changes on customer behavior and key financial metrics.
  • Develop and implement pricing tests and experiments to optimize pricing strategies.
  • Align pricing with other commercial stakeholders such as sales, marketing and promotion
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendationsat both shop and central management levels

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate degree in a business-related discipline with strong performance in quantitative subjects (e.g., pricing, mathematics, econometrics).
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in pricing or revenue management, ideally within online retail.
  • Strong analytical mindset with above-average proficiency in MS Excel; SQL knowledge is strongly desired.
  • Initial experience and interest to hone stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work in a strong team environment, as well as the ability to deliver high-quality results on individual projects.
  • Fluency in English; additionally German and/or French is a plus
