Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Regent College has an opportunity for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Junior Primary Teacher to join our School community commencing Term 3, 2025.
The role is a full-time 1.0 FTE fixed-term position (initially fixed term until end of 2025, possible ongoing).

KEY TO THE ROLE:

To carry out the professional duties of a teacher in accordance with the school’s policies, under the direction of the Principal. The successful applicants will have:

  • Knowledge and experience in Junior primary education, including an excellent understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum requirements, including recent updates.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  • Excellent communication skills and capacity to working collaboratively.
  • A creative and caring approach to teaching
  • A strong commitment to the development of the College pedagogy via avenues such as targeted professional learning and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Confidence in sharing their Christian faith within the College community.
