PROFILE

To succeed in this position, you combine strong analytical skills with hands-on operational experience in logistics or supply chain management. We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably in a multicultural international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics networks, rate management, and process optimization.
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and implement improvements in operational processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, or procurement bidding systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with logistics networks and modalities (e.g., road, rail, sea) is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 20%).
Responsibilities

In this role, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities that combine strategic planning with hands-on operational execution. Your activities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining a reliable network for container pre- and inland carriage, integrating multiple transportation modalities.
  • Supporting and managing rate requests, ensuring competitive and cost-effective solutions.
  • Designing, implementing, and refining processes related to network setup and rate management.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners for network expansion.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align network strategies with business objectives.
  • Optimizing existing processes to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
  • Providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in network operations.
