As a Junior Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting procurement operations, inventory management activities, and purchasing processes. Working closely with the Senior Procurement Specialist, you will help ensure the availability of materials and components required for robotics development, testing, and deployment activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily procurement activities, including purchase order creation and tracking
  • Assist with inventory management and inventory accuracy monitoring
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, deliveries, and material availability
  • Maintain procurement records, inventory databases, and purchasing documentation
  • Support inventory replenishment and stock level monitoring
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support material and supply requirements
  • Help identify and escalate inventory shortages and supply chain risks
  • Support logistics and deployment preparation activities as required
  • Work closely with the Senior Procurement Specialist on procurement and planning initiatives


  • Required Qualifications:Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of procurement and inventory management processes
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • German language proficiency at minimum B2 level


  • Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Assistant, or Inventory Coordinator
  • Exposure to technical, manufacturing, automotive, or robotics environments
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
  • Experience supporting inventory control activities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team
