We’re seeking a Junior Producer to support our production teams and elevate our game development environment to new heights. In this role you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, guiding our talented developers to deliver top-tier content and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing production culture. Daily Responsibilities: Cooperate with our leadership and cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with our vision and goals. Engage with and support high-performing teams that are empowered to self-organize and achieve outstanding results. Encourage collaborative relationships, and remain flexible and adaptable. Follow and execute production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and requirements gathering, ensuring optimal efficiency. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Agile processes end routines. Identify and address bottlenecks and queues, fostering incremental delivery with frequent integration. Ensure that vision and goals are understood by the team members you will be supporting. Advocate for actionable and beneficial improvements, challenging the status quo with innovation. Playing the game, being focused on its vision and USPs, and discussing features and content with the team, focusing on both process and experience. Support teams on a daily basis by facilitating milestone events and keeping data (in Jira and Confluence) up to date. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a Producer/Project Manager, preferably in the game development industry. Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams. Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence. High competence in organization, troubleshooting, planning and risk management. Positive and constructive attitude. Experience using project management tools and task tracking tools. Ability to coordinate many projects at the same time. Assertiveness and down-to-earth approach when needed. Excellent written and spoken English. A genuine passion for games and an understanding of the gaming industry. Additional Information Working mode In-office full-time capacity from Warsaw.
