Description
Company Description We’re building the future of social video — a place where creativity, community, and cutting-edge technology come together. We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer who’s curious, hands-on, and eager to learn by doing. You’ll join a collaborative design team and contribute to shaping video experiences used by millions, across web, native apps, and especially our newly refreshed Connected TV (CTV) experiences. Job Description This role is ideal if you’re early in your career and want to grow your craft while working on real product challenges, alongside experienced designers, product managers, and engineers. What you’ll do Design for Connected TV at scale: work on our newly refreshed CTV apps across all major platforms, from tvOS and Android TV to other connected TV ecosystems, helping shape how users discover and watch video on the big screen. Learn through real product work: contribute to design projects from early exploration to delivery, with guidance and feedback from more experienced designers. Design with users in mind: help translate user needs and product goals into clear UI/UX solutions across TV, web, and mobile. Prototype to explore: create low- to mid-fidelity prototypes to test ideas, learn quickly, and support decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Product and Engineering partners to understand technical constraints and deliver thoughtful solutions. Participate in research: take part in user interviews, usability tests, and research activities, helping synthesise insights. Use and contribute to our design system: apply existing components and guidelines, and help keep designs consistent and high-quality across platforms. Grow your craft: continuously improve your design skills, tools, and methods, staying curious about new practices, including AI-powered workflows. Qualifications First experience in Product Design (internship, apprenticeship, or junior role), or relevant education in design, UX/UI, or a related field. Solid foundations in UI/UX design and a strong interest in designing for TV and large-screen experiences. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Cursor... (or a strong ability and motivation to learn quickly). Ability to explain your design choices and show your thinking, not just the final result. A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn from feedback. Attention to detail and care for quality. Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus. A portfolio that shows your process, experimentation, and willingness to learn. Additional Information Why join us? Work on a global video platform shaping how millions watch and discover content on TV. Contribute to newly refreshed CTV products with real impact and visibility. Learn and grow alongside experienced designers in a supportive, feedback-driven environment. Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research in a design-centred company. Explore the intersection of design, technology, culture, and AI. Build a strong foundation for your Product Design career as we scale globally. Type of Contract: Permanent Department: Operations
