We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Developer to support the development and delivery of our men’s and women’s underwear collections. This is a hybrid role that combines creative input with technical execution — working across design, fit, and product development.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, garment technicians, and our China partners to bring each product from concept to final delivery, ensuring it meets brand standards, margin targets, and delivery deadlines.

Design & Development

• Support the design team in developing seasonal concepts, color palettes, and trim selections.
• Assist in creating and updating tech packs, BOMs, and product specifications within our PLM system.
• Fitting & Technical Support
• Attend and support fit sessions on live models or mannequins.
• Record and communicate fit comments, construction changes, and pattern adjustments to vendors.
• Track size sets and ensure technical accuracy through the development process.
• Product Management & Communication
• Maintain and monitor the product development calendar to ensure on-time delivery of all key milestones.
• Maintain accurate product data in PLM systems.
