Job description
For our Engineering Department, we are looking for a Junior Product Developer. As a product developer at MME Group, you will be the only internal software developer responsible for the hands-on development and implementation of new technical solutions. You will receive guidance from colleagues and external consultants to build the necessary knowledge and work independently on product developments within MME. You will work on embedded software, automation and application development for our products. In this role, you will closely collaborate with other technical disciplines within the company, ensuring that software and hardware seamlessly integrate with each other.
Your responsibilities
Develop and implement software for embedded systems and applications.
Program in languages such as C, C++, C#, JavaScript, and Python.
Work with ESP32, Arduino, and microcontrollers for product development.
Test and validate new software solutions.
Build and transfer knowledge within the company, with support from external consultants.
Work with networks and protocols such as I2C, SPI, UDP, TCP/IP, and CANBUS.
Document developed software and project results.
Your profile
A completed HBO degree in Technical Computer Science (or a related field).
Interest in embedded systems and industrial automation.
Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies from external consultants.
Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Experience with version control and tools like GIT.
Analytical and independent, but also able to collaborate with external specialists.
Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
